We are pleased to announce that a Public Interest Litigation No. 43 of 2014 filed against us for our Hanuman Nagar Project in Juhu, Mumbai has been dismissed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay by their order dated 16th February 2015.

This Public Interest Litigation that had stalled our flagship project at Juhu is now dismissed and therefore development work shall recommence with full force shortly.
