Zodiac Ventures Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the Company has fixed August 23, 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of sub-division of existing equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Ten) each such that each existing equity share shall stand sub-divided into the face value of Rs. 1/- each.
